No service is considered confirmed until a formal contract or work order is signed by both parties.
**3. Payments and Refunds**
Payment terms, including deposits, progress payments, and final balances, will be specified in your individual contract or quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are due as per the agreed schedule. We accept payments via bank transfer or other methods as stated in the invoice. Refunds are only issued where work has not commenced or where we have failed to deliver services as contractually agreed. Any refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, less any costs incurred for materials, labor, or administrative fees. No refunds are available once work has substantially commenced or completed.
**4. User Responsibilities**
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your property or site is accessible for our work and that all necessary permits or approvals from relevant UAE authorities are obtained where required. You must not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our operations. You agree to cooperate with our team and provide timely decisions to avoid project delays.
**5. Intellectual Property**

Our total liability for any claim arising from a contract or service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service. We do not accept liability for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
